Returns are Hassle-Free:

The Return Policy

(Effective on all orders starting January 20, 2005)

We offer a 100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund.

You need to know the following:

  • You have up to 20 days from the ship date to initiate your return for a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA").  We must receive your item within 30 days from the ship date.  If we receive it after 30 days, your items will be shipped back to you.
  • All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Shipping is not refundable unless damaged or defective.
  • Please allow 14 days for us to process your return after we have received your items.  When we receive your items, we will reimburse your credit card for a refund minus the original shipping charge and a $4.95 restocking fee for each returned "bag" item.
  • To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition. Do not mark or deface the merchandise in any manner. If so occurred, we will not accept returns.

  • Return Policy For Massage Chairs: If you find the chair unsatisfactory, customer has 30 days from the time the chair is received to return for a full refund of the purchase price less the original delivery and return shipping and handling costs for chairs. A refund will be issued upon conclusion of inspection to ensure the massage chair is in the same condition as when customer receive it, and has not been misused, abused or damaged. Customer will be charged a restocking fee of 15% in addition to the cost of replacing damage or missing items if applies. Massage chairs not in the original box cannot be returned.

The Return Process:

To initiate a return simply e-mail our customer service representatives at orderdesk@amerileather.com, to let us know about your return and obtain the RMA.

And mail the item back to us at the following address:

Please include your order number and a note stating the reason for the return inside the package.

For an exchange, please contact us at orderdesk@amerileather.com or call us, weekedays from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at (650) 624-9188.  If you decide to change your mind or are not happy with the items you have purchased, we are glad to work with you to exchange to something else.
