When you place an order, we will process your order within 2 days. Most
orders will arrive within 5 to 10 days of the order date. We want you to
be completely satisfied with our service, so here are just a few
things to keep in mind about transit times:
All our orders ship from our main office in South San Francisco, California.
Many orders go out the day they're placed, but some take a little more time to
pull from inventory. Our goal is to ship out every order within 2 business
days.
Orders requiring expedited shipping must be received before 12:00 pm, PST,
in order to go out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm, PST, will
go out the next business day and arrive one or two business days after that,
depending on the service requested.
Many of our items are quite popular and inventory fluctuates daily. In the
event that your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours
to give you the option of waiting for that item or cancelling the order.
